Cost
Management

We support the client by managing the project costs, analysing them from the initial phase and monitoring them throughout the entire project period.
We guarantee a cost control, and will compare, at the end of the project, the actual costs against the initial costs.
This allows us to correctly forecast future estimates.

BIM

We offer assistance to customers in the management of projects in BIM, being intermediaries between customers and designers, analysing the design models, checking the interference with other disciplines and managing the aspects related to time.

Procurement/tender
management

We support the client in the management of procurement by analysing the requirements and maximising the benefit, minimising the risk and of course meeting the deadlines.

Time management/
Planning

We plan and manage the time of all the specific activities of the project, achieving greater productivity and efficiency, optimising the work flow.
